Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices

Dear Clients, Staff, Representatives and Suppliers,

I am very happy to announce to all of you that Silimed has just passed the GMP inspection – the Good Manufacturing Practices audit – of the FDA – the Federal Food and Drug Administration of the United States of America – for the third consecutive time without any reservations.

Silimed is the only foreign manufacturer of silicone implants that has the GMP certificate in the United States, which allows us to sell in that country. We have been visited by the FDA auditors since 2000. Furthermore, we are the only company in the world market to have undergone three of the Agency’s audits without any reservations being made.

We believe that the commitment to quality that has long been imbued in our company is due to the deep sense of responsibility and dedication of our staff, representatives and suppliers, as well as to the support and warmth of our clients, who have always shown us their complete trust.

Silimed has grown with the success of plastic surgery in Brazil, and by extending its line of products to other surgical specializations it adds even more value to its Quality Policy.
