National and international inspection agencies stipulate clear requirements with regard to the manufacture of implants. Materials, development, factory process, sterilization and packaging are all subjected to strict regulations.

Mammary implants have been used since the early 60s. Since that time, more than 2 million people have opted for silicone implants.
